Feature your upcoming events and let fans buy tickets without leaving your Facebook fan page!
Installing the Facebook App from your NIGHTOUT dashboard is super easy! Once installed you will be able to list all your public NIGHTOUT events and allow ticket buyers to purchase directly on Facebook.
How it works:
- First you need to navigate to the "Facebook App" tab under the "Sales Tools" header on your Organization Dashboard.
- Once there, click on the INSTALL APP button and follow the instructions (Please keep in mind that the Facebook App can only be installed on a Facebook Organization page, not an event page or personal page. Also, make sure you are logged into Facebook and you are an admin on the Facebook Organization page you wish to install the Facebook App on).
- Once you have installed the app on NIGHTOUT you will need to navigate to your Organization's Facebook page to configure the app.
- Your new app will appear on your Facebook page as a new tab, by default it will be titled "Buy Tickets"
- Click on the "Buy Tickets" tab to start configuring the settings within Facebook.
- First, you will be asked to title the page / tab.
- Then you will select the NIGHTOUT Organization you wish to show events from.
- Once all is installed and configured, customers will now be able to complete their ticket purchase entirely through your Facebook page without ever being redirected.
