The Event Default Settings feature allows you to set a number of defaults that are automatically applied when you're creating new events for your organization. This feature saves you time and ensures that your preferred or standard settings are copied over seamlessly.
The Event Defaults can be found on the Organization level under the “Events” header within the “Default Event Settings” tab.
With the Default Settings you are able to activate the following settings as defaults that will be applied whenever you create new events:
- Buyer questions
- Purchase conditions
- Customer checkout settings
- Custom additional fee
- Event level confirmation messaging
- Event poster
- Event address
- Event fine print
- Ticket button settings
- Ticket price range settings
- Event categories
You'll always have the option to override each default on an event-to-event basis. If you wish to edit a default on a specific event, you can do so on the Event Dashboard within the “Event Settings” tab found under the “Event Details” header.
